Summer Cabin Black Tea

A tea of no worries, no hurries, no fuss. Bright and light in mouthfeel with a honey and wildflower character. A very forgiving steeper and excellent on ice.

This is our exclusive blend of traditional black teas from Fujian Province. The black teas from this region are known for their light-bodied cups with almost zero astringency and sweet, floral qualities. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the following cultivars: Zhenghe Big White, Jin Guanyin, and Huang Jin Gui.

Ingredients: black tea

Steeping Instructions

4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 5 min.

Iced Tea Instructions

Use 4 grams of tea in a standard mug and steep for 5 minutes with boiling water. Pour over a heaping glass of ice and enjoy!
