Steep 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | 3 min.

Traditional Steeping - Use 6 grams of tea in a 150ml gaiwan or teapot with boiling water and steep as follows:

• 10 second rinse - Discard
• 1^st Steep – 10 seconds
• 2^nd Steep – 10 seconds
• 3^rd Steep – 10 seconds
• 4^th Steep – 20 seconds
• 5^th Steep – 45 seconds
• 6^th Steep – 2 minutes
