At TeaSource, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose-leaf tea and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main warehouse facility.
