How long will it take to receive my tea order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for loose leaf tea?
Due to the food-grade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
