This is a blend of teas Ba Xian and Ya Shi Xiang cultivars that were harvested and produced in mid-April 2025 by Mr. Hu Fu Shun in Jian She Village, Zhao An County, Fujian Province. Both teas are one bud, three leaf picks of their respective cultivars growing at 1,300 feet. The were both roasted July 2, 2025.

3 grams | 10-12 oz water |  195°F | Steep 4 min.
