The Shaman | Oolong Tea

This lot of tea is almost gone and is available online only. We're hoping to source a new lot in the future, but there is no guarantee.

Fruit flavors float amidst floral specters, but the strong mineral character provides backbone and body. A great medium between the spirits of Fujian oolong tea.

Produced October 10, 2024 by Mr. Wang Wen Zhong in Su Keng Village, Yongchun County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Shui Xian cultivar growing at approximately 2,200 feet. Shui Xian is most commonly used to make rock tea in the Wuyi Mountains nearby, but here it is used with a combination of Wuyi and Anxi techniques to get the best of both worlds.

Ingredients: oolong tea

Steeping Instructions

3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 4 min.

Number of Cups

2 oz makes 19 cups, 4 oz makes 38 cups
