A compelling combination of cardamom and apricot aromatics. The light-bodied cup has a nutmeg and brown sugar character. The gentle roast polishes everything up nice and smooth.
Harvested and produced April 20, 2024 by our good friend Mr. Soup in Long Juan Village, Anxi County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Mei Zhan cultivar growing at 2,200 feet. Final roast was conducted on December 1, 2024.
