Lucky Duck Dan Cong | Oolong Tea

The high aromatics of zesty citrus and aged plums have a subtle, yet convincing swagger. The mouthfeel is assertive, yet agreeable, and provides just enough body to persuade. A bright cup of orange flower and rind bring a fortuitous briskness and a lingering aftertaste. 

This Ya Shi Xiang style Dan Cong was harvested and produced April 18, 2025 and finished roasting May 24, 2025. It is the work of Mr. Huang Yuan Cai on Wudon Mountain of Chaozhou City in Guangdong Province. It’s a three leaf and one bud pick of the Wuye cultivar growing at approximately 3,000 feet.

Steeping Instructions

3 grams | 10-12 oz water |  195°F | Steep 4 min.

2 oz makes 19 cups, 4 oz makes 38 cups
