Roasted green tea - a Japanese staple. Full-bodied cup with a toasted nutty flavor. Excellent iced and naturally low in caffeine.

Produced in the summer of 2024 by the Otsuka Green Tea Co., a five-generation family-owned tea company founded in 1869 in Shizuoka, Japan.

Steeping Instructions

4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min. 

Traditional Dobin Teapot 

Use 15 grams of tea in 20oz of boiling water and steep for 1 minute. This will fill 5 small cups to share with a group.
