Steeps up high aromatics reminiscent of red grapefruit with a light body and strong mouthfeel. The character of blooming lilacs, ripe lime, and soft pine combine to paint the imagery of high altitudes and exploration.

Harvested and produced January 20 through March 26, 2025 by Mr. Lasantha Demuni at the Dessford Estate in the Dimbula region of Sri Lanka. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of original seedling plants growing at 4,500 feet.

Steeping Instructions

3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.
